Pure barre and jump rope 30 day challenge
I just bought a month unlimited at the nearest pure parre my goal is to try and go to 20 classes this month.
plussssss jump rope 30 min-60 min 3-4 days a week!

Im excited I hear jump roping is more intense then running and you can burn up to 600 cal in 30 with high intensity jump roping!
